Participation information

The Dinner Buffet is included in the registration fee. However, due to the space constraint, only participants registering to the event in our online participant event management platform (ConfTool) will be granted access to the venue. Places will be given away on a first-paid basis.

Once capacity is reached, participants can still ask about availability directly at the Registration Desk on Thursday in case there has been cancellations and there are some available spots left.

Cancellation

In order to grant access to other participants, we kindly ask participants to notify us of cancellations for this event. Please write us an email to efa2016 [at] bi [dot] no, or leave your ticket at the Registration Desk at the conference on Thursday.

Accompanying Partner

Accompanying Partner(s) need to be indicated when registering online for the conference. Registration fee: EUR 70.- per person excluding 25% VAT. Please note the maximum number of acompanying partners cannot exceed two.

• By bus: 35 minutes, bus #37 from bus stop Nydalsveien (outside BI) to bus stop Jernbanetoget, walk across the street to Biskop Gunnerus' gate 3.

• By foot: all hotels are within 10-20 minutes walk, via Carl Johansgate towards Jernbanetoget (T-bane). Biskop Gunnerus gate will be to your left.
